Montshire Pediatrics opened its doors January 16, 2006. Its goal is to provide personal and comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in a non-institutional setting.
Dr. Turkington completed her residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock in 1999, being awarded the Richard Waters Art of the Physician Award. She also received a masters from Dartmouth Medical School's Center for Evaluative Sciences. She graduated from UMass Medical School in 1996 where she was awarded the Jacob Brem Pediatric Award.
Before opening Montshire Pediatrics, Dr. Turkington practiced at Upper Valley Pediatrics in Bradford Vermont.
FROM THE NORTH
In VERMONT, take I -91 South to exit 14. From the exit ramp, take a Left onto 113. Take Rte 113 until it dead ends into Rte 5. Take a Right on Rte 5 and an almost immediate Left heading to Lyme. In Lyme, bear right onto Route 10 before the Lyme Green. Take Route 10 for several miles. After going through a small rotary, look on the left for 45 Lyme Road (direction across the street from the Hanover Fire and Police Station).
In NEW HAMPSHIRE, take Route 10 South through Lyme. After going through a small rotary, look on the left for 45 Lyme Road (direction across the street from the Hanover Fire and Police Station).
FROM MONTPELIER, take I-89 South to exit 18. From the exit ramp, take a Left heading North to Hanover, NH on Route 120. From here, see directions below.
FROM THE SOUTH Take I-89 North to exit 18. From the exit ramp, take a Right heading North on Route 120 toward Hanover, NH. After a couple of miles, the road will fork, with a Coop gas station on the right. Stay to the right. Go through two sets of lights. Bear right onto Route 10 (Lyme Road). Just before 1 mile will be a mobil gas station on the right. Our parking lot is the next right.
